Make your own film! It’s your turn to tell a story about one of the neighbourhoods. We are looking for humorous, extraordinary or exciting short films. The most important factor is originality – use your cell phone or professional equipment or whatever you can think of. It’s the neighbourhood that is your programme – the location, the atmosphere, the characteristics and the uniqueness.

We accept submissions until 15 September 2009.
